Color Combos in graffiti – Making multi color fill-ins is a great way to challenge, how you put colors together to see, what works and what doesn’t. In the beginning it can be difficult to know how to start these fill-ins to make them look well balanced and have the colors spread evenly. Shown here is a step by step approach. You can try this in order to achieve that.
1. Pick three colors you like and choose one of these colors as your primary color. Now paint each individual letter’s shape inside the letter and focus on fill-in something in each of the letters logs.
2. Grab the next color and fill-in parts of each letter. Follow each letter’s flow and curves.
3. Grab the last color and fill-in parts of each letter. Follow each letter’s flow and curves. If there is a lot of the fill-in, that has not yet been filled in, don’t fill them in with the last color, but leave some blank spaces.
4. The empty spaces is filled out by going from step 2-4 again, so the colors get spread out evenly.
5. Add details inside the fill-in.
6. Finish your piece with background, outline, shadow and details.
